Our Rules of Play & Policy Details

Welcome to Playful Paradise! This little business means the world to me, and I truly appreciate your support. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, please take a moment to read and respect our rules and policies.

🧸 Rules of Play:

1. No Shoes Allowed
   Shoes must be removed before entering any play area. Socks are required for hygiene and safety.

2. No Food or Drink on or Around the Equipment
   Please keep all snacks and drinks in designated areas to help us maintain a clean and safe environment.

3. No Face Paint on the Equipment
   Face paint can stain or damage our play equipment. Please make sure children are free of face paint before using any equipment.

🧼 Cleaning & Damage Policy:

• A £50 cleaning fee will be charged if equipment is returned in a condition that requires additional cleaning beyond normal use.

• If any equipment is damaged, the hirer is fully responsible for covering the full replacement cost of the damaged item(s).
